In this week’s episode, I speak with Tianna Whitfield about her sexual assault and suicide attempts.

These are both heavy topics to cover in one episode, and Tianna has done a lot of work to get where she is today. Tianna radiates with self love as she shares her story with our listeners of how she was able to heal and find inner peace.
